Goal 2.0: To provide opportunities for higher education and staff development programs

Goal Statement:

In order to keep pace with technological development we have to improve the communication and professional skills. For this we will organize and implement need – based development programmes. Also we are encouraging our staffs to undergo various training programmes.

Objectives

➤ To organize external training programme for faculty members.

Teaching staffs are deputed for higher education, short/long term programmes organized by ISTE/NITTR/Tequip/Other agencies as per the norms and guidelines.

➤ To organize training programmes for teaching staffs.

The SDM will arrange the training programme for teaching staffs based on the need.

➤ To organize training program for non-teaching staffs.

To arrange tour programme for all staff member for mind relaxation enhance inter-personnel relation between staff member.
