Goal 8.0: To Organize Need Based Training And Other Service For The Development Of Women.

Goal Statement:

In order to cope with the changing economic and social environment the women staffs, girl students of the polytechnic and women in the community should acquire skills in various areas communication, management technologies, etc.

To achieve the above, need – based programmes are organized for women staffs and girl students of the polytechnic and women in the community. A greater awareness on gender issues and self esteem may be created among women.

Objectives

➤ To organize career counselling for the student of the institution

To under need based programs such as career guidance and training programs for the students.

➤ To organize health awareness and soft skill programs to girl students.

To arrange for medical check-up and soft skill training programs for the students.

➤ To organize international Women’s day Celebration.

Programme will be organized to motivate and enhance the self – esteem of the girl students and women staff members. To create awareness on general ethics.
